(a) Seal treatment at tube head valve and sealing test should be done.
(b) The upper adjustment bolts of the valve body shall not be forcibly adjusted.

Note: Please check the filled container and avoid the pressure relief valve collision with other objects. There should be enough space at the pressure relief outlet and installed on the back of the valve body to avoid harm to personnel during pressure relief.

This relief valve is pressure releasing part with spring and adjustable pressure. Smartnoble originally design it for fire suppression system and other hydraulic system, air system and gas system, to guarantee the safety system with keeping safe pressure range, and the fixed close and open pressure could be adjustable as customer’s requirements for adapting the different systems, and standard type is 85bar close and 100bar open with the tolerances +/-5bar .

1.Relief valve Working Principle and application
This pressure relief valve is suitable for small capacity and high pressure storage container valve, and it can be installed on the bottle head valve, the air inlet and the bottle gas storage area communicate.The pressure relief valve is mainly used to protect the internal pressure in case of over-pressure in the container, and keep the container internal pressure within the normal working pressure range when discharging the internal pressure, to ensure that the whole system does not function due to the loss of medium in the container after the pressure over-pressure.
The pressure relief valve is closed normally. When the internal pressure of the container reaches the set value, the internal pressure lifts the valve core. When the pressure discharges from the pressure relief port, the valve core closes automatically under the upper spring.


2.Maintenance instructions

3.
Reliability Test requirement
The initial test cycles for this designed structure has been over 10K times, and verify it works well, and keep min.10times test cycles for each relief valve before the shipment with low and high temperature test, max.working temperature limit at the high temperature +130℃ and at low temperature -40℃
