The FL5 is a Class 3b laser with visible laser aiming for operation in daylight and low light conditions, infrared aiming and infrared
illumination need to be used with a night vision device. The infrared laser can be used alone or in combination with other features and can be adjusted choose between low or high power. The infrared sighting emits a tightly focused infrared beam for precise aiming of the weapon. Another an infrared illumination provides a complementary infrared illumination of the target area or against the target. The IR illumination is equipped with an adjustable knob that the FL5 can be used either as a handheld illuminator/targeting or as a rail-mounted weapon.The FL5 can be used either as a handheld light/targeting unit or mounted on a weapon via a rail mount. In weapon mounted mode, the FL5 can be used to direct and accurately guide fire as well as illuminate and identify targets.
