The highly sensitive IR thermopile quad detector analyzes up to three gases in parallel and has an additional reference channel.

The SN-4 SENS for 3C and NOX measurement is available in the TO39 housing as a standard product. Individual combinations of filters for the specific measurement application are available on request. The radiation-sensitive thermocouples of the sensor chip detect the spectral range corresponding to the transmission range of the upstream filter. The correct selection of spectral filters can largely reduce cross-sensitivities of the sample gases.

The most common applications for multi-gas analysis with the 4-channel IR detector based on MEMS technology include healthcare, safety engineering and industrial process control.
